Loan Processor/Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Loan Processor/Customer Service Representative to join our team at Farm Credit Services of Mandan. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the credit and related services operations of our branch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare loan documents for approval and closing, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Utilize systems to book loans and maintain transaction accuracy.
  • Process loan disbursements and provide support to association staff.
  • Complete correspondence for loan officers and verify work accuracy.
  • Perform follow-up tasks and maintain reminders for loan officers to ensure adherence to loan conditions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels.
Requirements:
  • Two-year post-secondary degree preferred.
  • One-year related experience preferred.
  • An acceptable combination of education and experience.
  • Previous loan processing experience is desired.
