About the Position:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cardiovascular Nurse Practitioner to join our team at UPMC Central PA. As a key member of our cardiology department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our growing community.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage heart failure and general cardiology patients in an outpatient setting
  • Collaborate with our team of interventional cardiologists, non-invasive cardiologists, and electrophysiologists to provide comprehensive care
  • Participate in our active population health program and innovative care model, optimizing provider-patient interaction
  • Utilize our system-wide Epic EMR to streamline patient care and improve outcomes

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited CRNP program
  • 2 years of internal medicine or cardiology experience preferred, but not required
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients
  • Team-oriented with ability to provide personalized patient care and demonstrate clinical outcomes
  • Eligible for licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
