Responsibilities:
Drive and deliver large-scale, cross-functional software development projects to enhance various productivity applications.

Oversee all facets of multiple simultaneous projects and features, including defining scope, gathering requirements, establishing timelines, tracking resource allocation, managing partnerships, facilitating communications, and conducting risk assessments.

Enhance processes related to feature development and implementation.
Ability to manage multi-functional projects with diverse schedules across the Apple ecosystem.
Collaborate with Software Engineering, Design, Quality Assurance, and various teams to manage and monitor deliverables.
Comprehend and engage in projects with diverse schedules across Software Engineering and other Apple divisions.

Minimum Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Engineering Project Management, successfully delivering software through a complete project lifecycle.
A minimum of 3 years of experience managing web application development lifecycles.
Prior collaboration with developers, designers, and UAT/QA to optimize user interface (UI) experiences.
Building and nurturing relationships to navigate delivery dependencies.
Experience managing projects utilizing both waterfall and Agile methodologies for software development.
Proven success in cross-team and cross-organization collaboration.
Exceptional facilitation skills to drive comprehensive, multi-functional project plans.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to all organizational levels (essential).
Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly in filtering and conveying significant information to the appropriate audience.
Self-motivated, focused, and independent with a desire to learn.
Proactively address technical challenges associated with software delivery.
Self-starter with a strong sense of accountability and technical orientation.

Preferred Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree and/or relevant certifications are preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation & Benefits:
At Apple, base salary is one component of our overall compensation package and is determined within a specified range.

This allows for growth as you advance in your role.

The base salary range for this position is between $165,500 and $293,800, with your salary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees have the opportunity to become shareholders through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.

Employees may also be eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount through the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
