Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer/Technical Lead to provide technical leadership and expertise to our development team. This individual will play a critical role in shaping the architecture, mentoring team members, and delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions.

As a senior team member, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that our software meets business needs and aligns with industry best practices. Your experience with Agile methodologies and full-cycle development will be key to driving successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide technical guidance to the development team, influencing architectural decisions, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  2. Mentor junior developers, fostering their technical skill growth and professional development.
  3. Engage fully in Agile development processes, from sprint planning, estimation, and backlog grooming, to deployment and retrospectives, ensuring continuous value delivery.
  4. Work closely with product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to iteratively deliver software that meets business objectives and customer needs.
  5. Analyze and resolve complex technical issues across the full software stack, pinpointing root causes and developing effective solutions to maintain system stability.
  6. Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks, security risks, and scalability challenges to ensure the reliability and security of our applications.
  7. Architect and design robust, scalable, and secure software solutions in alignment with business requirements and industry standards.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design system architectures, database schemas, and API interfaces that support seamless functionality across platforms.
  9. Work closely with DevOps Engineers to facilitate automated deployment through a CI/CD pipeline across multiple environments, ensuring smooth releases and application monitoring in production.
  10. Provide ongoing support for deployed applications, addressing bugs, implementing updates, and ensuring optimal system performance.
Requirements

Master's degree from a college or university, and 5-7 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Advanced experience and/or certification in Mulesoft is strongly desired.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $130,000-$155,000, a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, dental, life, and long-term disability insurance, vacation/sick time, 401K retirement plan with company matching program, and eleven paid holidays.
