Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative for our molecular biology products. This role requires interaction with a wide variety of clients and prospects, including biotech, medical, and academia accounts.
This position involves effectively communicating the benefits and value of our life science products, prospecting to secure new customers, and maintaining relationships with current customers.

The position includes a salary, benefits, and uncapped commission.Benefits

Job Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with a basic knowledge of molecular biology, a desire to be successful, and the ability to learn.
The ability to communicate with customers on a technical level is a necessary starting point that needs to be sharpened on a continuous basis.
Enthusiasm and a desire to please the customer are traits that our successful reps share. This position will require more than a standard 40 hour week, especially when starting.Other requirements for the Outside Sales Representative include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Life Sciences preferred.
- Ideally 2 years of sales experience and/or 2 years involved with life science research.
- Desire to establish a long-term career.
- Ability to establish rapport with a wide variety of people.
