Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
  1. Answer and route incoming calls professionally and efficiently
  2. Support the sales team with coordination, organization, and shipping of product samples and informational material
  3. Assist with inventory accuracy within the Warehouse Management System
  4. Manage the billing process in an organized and efficient manner
  5. Coordinate shipping process for daily orders with various carriers
  6. Maintain office supplies and ordering process as needed
  7. Ensure the neatness and cleanliness of the work area
Personal Attributes and Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong initiative and self-starter abilities
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a cross-functional team environment
  • High level of skill, speed, and accuracy in using computer systems and other office equipment as necessary
  • Working knowledge and techniques associated with organizing and setting priorities
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
