Customer Service Representative

Role Overview:- Client Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for designated customer accounts and manufacturing locations.
- Order Processing: Oversee customer orders to guarantee accurate entry, timely delivery of shipments, and efficient handling of expedited requests.
- Order Evaluation: Analyze and process orders/releases to maintain appropriate order levels.
