Lead Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Lead Therapist to join our team at Friends of the Children – Lane County. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality therapeutic services to children and families in our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to children and families
  • Collaborate with clinical supervisors and program directors to inform decisions and ensure compliance with Medicaid rules and regulations
  • Develop and maintain treatment plans, assessments, and other documentation related to services provided
  • Supervise and manage clinical documentation systems for all providers
  • Build relationships with local agencies and organizations to further the mission of Friends of the Children
Requirements:
  • Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) credential and two years of post-graduate clinical experience
  • Ability to provide leadership guidance and supervision to QMHPs and other staff
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass driver's check
