About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Therapist to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As a Residential Therapist, you will provide on-site clinical services for our River Bridge SRTF program in Eugene, Oregon.

Job Summary

This is a full-time, day shift position that requires the ability to perform a Comprehensive Mental Health Assessment, Assessment Updates, and Treatment Plan. You will also provide clinical oversight and consultation to facility staff and liaison with other community providers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site clinical services for individuals affected by severe and persistent mental illness in a residential treatment setting.
  • Assist with training and clinical oversight of the Residential Associates who provide 24-hour residential support services to residents.
  • Perform Comprehensive Mental Health Assessments, Assessment Updates, and Treatment Plans.
  • Provide clinical oversight and consultation to facility staff and liaison with other community providers.
  • Be accessible by phone for emergency purposes and complete crisis de-escalation training.
Requirements
  • Must be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration.
  • Must have a Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
  • Must be actively seeking or willing to obtain licensure.
  • Must meet OAR requirement for QMHP by having completed TWO (2) YEARS of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting.
  • Must be able to pass a DHS criminal background check.
