Key Responsibilities- Build Meaningful Relationships: Develop strong bonds with residents and their families, providing personalized care and attention to their unique needs and preferences.
- Provide Assistance with Daily Living: Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while promoting independence and dignity.
- Monitor and Report Changes: Notify management of any changes in a resident's condition, recommending adjustments to their care plan as needed.
- Participate in Care Planning: Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized service plans, ensuring residents receive the best possible care.
- Ensure Resident Safety: Maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, adhering to OSHA regulations and promoting risk management practices.
- Provide Emotional Support: Offer emotional support and companionship to residents, engaging them in life-enriching activities and promoting a sense of community.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required for all positions.
- Previous Experience Working with Seniors: Preferred, but not required.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift, bend, and move with ease, as well as stand for long periods.
