Job Title: LPN Medication Care Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled LPN Medication Care Manager to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Medication Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services to our residents by administering medication and treatments in a safe and organized manner.

Responsibilities:

* Administer medication and treatments to residents in a safe and organized manner
* Review and document medication administration records
* Receive medication updates from the Resident Care Director or Wellness Nurse
* Ensure that medications are passed according to times
* Document and initialize medication administration records
* Maintain confidentiality of resident information
* Report any resident concerns to the Resident Care Director or Wellness Nurse

Requirements:

* LPN or LVN license
* CPR and First Aid certification
* Ability to make choices and decisions in the best interest of residents
* Ability to react and remain calm in difficult situations
* Ability to handle multiple priorities
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
