We are currently looking for a Solar Operations Supervisor to manage our solar initiatives on the West Coast.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of Ameresco's electrical workforce.
  • Acting as a liaison among Clients, Engineers, and Field Personnel.
  • Offering technical assistance for the repair and upkeep of solar site equipment.
  • Procurement of tools and materials essential for project execution.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Training and managing on-site personnel and subcontractors.
  • Maintaining accurate written and electronic documentation.
  • Executing other relevant tasks as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in PV Solar Operations and Maintenance.
  • Possession of a valid Journeyman's Electrical License.
  • Valid Driver's License required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in overseeing field operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CMMS software.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Experience in industrial electrical and electronic maintenance.
  • Understanding of electrical systems and circuits.
  • OSHA training is advantageous.
  • Willingness to adapt to scheduling needs.
