We are currently looking for a Solar Operations Supervisor to manage our solar initiatives on the West Coast.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the daily operations of Ameresco's electrical workforce.
- Acting as a liaison among Clients, Engineers, and Field Personnel.
- Offering technical assistance for the repair and upkeep of solar site equipment.
- Procurement of tools and materials essential for project execution.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Training and managing on-site personnel and subcontractors.
- Maintaining accurate written and electronic documentation.
- Executing other relevant tasks as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in PV Solar Operations and Maintenance.
- Possession of a valid Journeyman's Electrical License.
- Valid Driver's License required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in overseeing field operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CMMS software.
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Experience in industrial electrical and electronic maintenance.
- Understanding of electrical systems and circuits.
- OSHA training is advantageous.
- Willingness to adapt to scheduling needs.
