Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include dispensing and overseeing medication management, supervising Certified Nursing Assistants, reviewing Medication Administration Records, and communicating with Physicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispense and oversee medication management with oversight from the Director of Nursing/Assistant Director of Nursing
  • Supervise the Certified Nursing Assistants on a shift-to-shift basis
  • Review Medication Administration Records
  • Communicate daily or as needed with Physicians
  • Assist Director of Nursing with monitoring chart accuracy and completion
  • Assess and evaluate resident issues and medical concerns
  • Document incidental occurrences and other pertinent resident medical/care information
