Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Leesville, LA. This role will be responsible for fostering a positive attitude and image for Champion Home Builders, providing exceptional service to retailers and homebuyers, and resolving warranty issues in a timely and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster a positive attitude and image for Champion Home Builders to retailers and homebuyers.
  • Be an asset to our retailers and homeowners, finding ways to say yes rather than no.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and email inquiries promptly, thoroughly, courteously, and accurately.
  • Interface between homeowners, retailers, and Champion to resolve warranty issues.
  • Write accurate service orders and parts orders for contractors and technicians to complete warranty work.
  • Take ownership of specific individual duties as assigned by supervisors, able to work without close supervision.
  • Comfortable multitasking.
  • Strong work ethic and communication skills.
  • Manage warranty work using proprietary software.
  • Assist in maintaining a database of homeowners and open work orders.
  • Cross-train to be a parts coordinator.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Calm and patient demeanor when working with retailers and homeowners.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Computer skills, including experience with Word and Excel.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • High School diploma or equivalent experience.
