Position Overview: As a pivotal member of the Department of the Navy, you will engage closely with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance the strategic development, deployment, and maintenance of Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance and insights to the JSF Program leadership on critical IT decisions and investments, ensuring alignment with ongoing strategic planning.
- Assist in the preparation and justification of IT budgets and capital planning initiatives for the Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps.
- Participate as a representative in DoD and inter-agency panels focused on evaluating technologies and standards relevant to IT resources.
Employment Conditions:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and deemed suitable for federal employment.
- Participation in the direct deposit pay program is mandatory.

- Conducting comprehensive reviews to identify and rectify underperforming program elements.
- Leading IT system development projects to ensure effective organizational network environments.
- Conducting technical analyses to evaluate performance enhancements against resource constraints.
- Briefing leadership on IT program specifics, including requirements and operational concepts.
Additional Information: This is a direct hire announcement under the Department of Defense. Certain incentives may be available for eligible candidates. This position is subject to the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program.
