Job Summary:

Ensuring EEP's Success

Responsible for quality improvement tasks, components and subassemblies, the processes and procedures used. Required to professionally interact with all internal disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducts quality inspections of incoming material as required.
  • Conducts quality inspections of production sub-assemblies as required.
  • Participates in the internal audit process.
  • Assist with problem solving and trouble shooting.
  • Initiates Non-Conforming Material Reports (NCR) as required.
  • Maintains NCRs to resolve non-conformances as required.
  • Responsible for internal calibrations and facilitates the calibration of all test equipment sent to 3rd party for calibrations. Retains all records and certifications in applicable data base.
  • May be required to perform other related duties.
Requirements:
  • Experience in using test equipment required.
  • Working knowledge of Manufacturing method.
  • Experience in blueprint reading.
  • Computer skills Proficient in use of Microsoft Word and Excel required.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal highly desirable.
  • Ability to generate clear and concise reports.
  • Self-motivated and directed.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to follow approved test protocols.
Education:

Minimum AAS degree or job experience equivalent in Quality Control.

Work Environment:
  • Mechanical measurement instruments equipment.
  • Multimeters, Calipers, Height gage etc.
  • Hand tools and other related production equipment.
