Crestwood Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT), or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a key member of our behavioral health care team, you will provide direct nursing care to clients, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to clients, following physicians' orders and applicable client care standards.
- Direct non-licensed personnel in providing direct client care and operating the unit.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor client progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Current licensure in California as an LVN, LPT, or RN.
- Previous experience in mental health nursing is preferred.
- Knowledge of DBT, WRAP, and Psychosocial Rehabilitation Principles is preferred.
