Position Summary:
The District Sales and Operations Manager is dedicated to enhancing sales and operational excellence with a focus on integrity. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee sales and operational activities for multiple retail locations within the district.
- Establish clear roles and processes for the district team to ensure consistency and track performance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards across the district.
- Demonstrate resilience in achieving goals by inspiring your team to reach their highest potential.
- Mentor and cultivate your team by creating an inclusive environment that values recognition, performance management, and team cohesion.
- Manage all aspects of personnel responsibilities, including hiring, retention, training, and accountability.
- Enhance district performance by considering diverse perspectives when addressing challenges and opportunities.
- Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for improvement and performance gaps.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support training and operational success.
- Exemplify high standards of integrity to foster a district culture aligned with company values.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Open availability with no scheduling restrictions.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Ability to meet the demands of the business, which may require working 44 hours or more per week.
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED.
Experience:
- 2-5 years of management experience in a high-volume setting, including supervising staff.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales and sales management.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Expertise in store management and operations.
- Commitment to exceptional customer service.

While fulfilling the responsibilities of this position, the District Sales & Operations Manager is frequently required to stand, use hands and fingers to handle objects, and communicate verbally. This role may involve working in various environments and requires the ability to work a 40+ hour week, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must be able to stand or sit for extended periods and possess the ability to use both hands for fine and gross manipulation of tools and equipment.
