About the Role:

De Castro Foden, LLC is seeking an experienced Attorney to join our team in Hartford, CT. As an Immigration Attorney, you will be responsible for providing full representation to clients in immigration petitions before USCIS, EOIR, appeals tribunals, and the Connecticut Probate Court.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in immigration petitions and appeals;
  • Conduct client interviews and gather necessary documentation;
  • Prepare and submit immigration petitions and appeals;
  • Communicate with clients and keep them informed of the status of their cases;
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure seamless case management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of active experience in immigration law or family court;
  • Fluency in Spanish/Portuguese language;
  • Excellent writing, executive functioning, communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Connecticut bar admission or 5 years of admission in another state.
