- Conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for each patient.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive comprehensive care.
- Advocate for the rights and needs of individuals within the criminal justice system.
- Assess patients with suicidal ideations and develop strategies for support.
- Collaborate with custody staff to recommend housing and treatment plans.
- Perform Baker Act assessments and provide group therapy for patients entering MAT/MOUD programs.
- Develop discharge plans and provide community support for patients.
- Master's degree in Social Work.
- Active and unrestricted LCSW license in the state of Florida.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- This position requires split call.
