LPN - Evening Shift/Full and Part Time Opportunity

The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a dynamic and supportive environment. As an LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents of all ages in our long-term care facility, under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide professional nursing care for residents, including administering medications, treatments, and performing testing to evaluate resident status.
- Contribute to the assessment of residents and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction.
- Counsel residents, family members, and/or resident advocates on prevention and treatment plans, under the direction of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician.
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges.
- Completes required annual continuing education units (CEU) and competency training requirements of the department and facility.
