POSITION SUMMARY:
Assist the department with system and user-related challenges, oversee projects, and conduct system testing by acting as a key resource. A significant portion of the role involves engaging in system development, testing, and issue resolution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Serve as the primary contact for resolving operational issues, acting as a liaison between the department and IT, providing expertise as necessary.
  • Manage defect reporting and troubleshooting, collaborating with users, management, and IT to identify, document, and resolve issues.
  • Offer technical guidance by suggesting workarounds for unresolved issues and being the first point of contact for operational users.
  • Assist in testing new system releases for accuracy and completeness, identifying and reporting defects while coordinating training for staff.
  • Track system defects in collaboration with IT to ensure timely resolution.
  • Communicate widespread issues to users, providing updates on resolution status and potential workarounds.
  • Build and maintain relationships with all departments, stakeholders, and external clients involved in projects.
  • Facilitate collaboration and communication across various disciplines and departments.
  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and requirements.
  • Exhibit the company's core competencies and values.

POSITION SCOPE:


The incumbent operates with minimal supervision, utilizing independent judgment to identify issues, trends, and problems, recommending action plans and evaluating project outcomes.

The role involves varied and complex tasks, requiring a broad knowledge base gained from prior experience. The most challenging issues are escalated as needed.

Collaboration with internal and external sources is essential to achieve objectives, always prioritizing the needs of both external and internal customers in decision-making and actions.
