About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Wheatland Bank. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through our telephone system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, debit card issues, e-statement questions, online banking, and BillPay.
  • Help problem-solve and direct customers to the appropriate department or branch.
  • Provide superior customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a banking or financial institution setting.
  • Previous banking experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are preferred.
