Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nutrition Specialist to join our team. This full-time and part-time role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of residents in long-term care facilities.

About the Role

We are passionate about delivering exceptional care and enhancing customer experiences. As a Clinical Nutrition Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing nutritional services, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' overall health and well-being.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field, and be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. Knowledge of the state survey process and nutrition care regulations is preferred but not required.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assess the nutritional needs of residents and develop individualized meal plans
  • Monitor and document residents' nutritional status and progress
  • Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' overall health and well-being
Benefits
