Job Description

The Clinical Care Specialist will play a critical role in achieving our mission, working closely with clients, families, and referral sources to provide tailored treatment plans and support services. The successful candidate will have a strong background in bio psychosocial treatment planning, coordination, and collaboration with outside providers, and will be able to represent WisHope Recovery at trainings, meetings, and community events.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Care Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Providing bio psychosocial treatment plans for new intaked clients
  • Coordination with clinical and administrative staff to ensure quality services to clients, families, and referral sources
  • Representing WisHope as part of the team at trainings, meetings, and other community events
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of SUD and Mental Health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, dental insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.
