MRI Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at Methodist Hospital. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for operating MRI equipment, preparing patients for scans, and ensuring accurate and efficient imaging procedures.

• Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
• Prepare patients for scans, including explaining procedures and positioning patients correctly
• Ensure accurate and efficient imaging procedures, including maintaining equipment and troubleshooting issues
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and patient care
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient information and imaging results

• Graduate of an accredited MRI program or equivalent experience
• ARRT (MR) certification or equivalent
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
