As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, the LPN is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal communication. You will provide care and services that enable patients to achieve or maintain their highest possible physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.

Your responsibilities will include monitoring and reporting any changes in patients' conditions. On a daily basis, you will be expected to assign tasks, provide instructions, and offer clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements:
  • Graduated from an accredited LPN program
  • Currently licensed/registered in the applicable state, maintaining an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment.
  • Preferred: One (1) year of experience in geriatric nursing
  • CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; must remain current throughout employment.
Specific Job Requirements:
  • Ability to make independent decisions when necessary
  • Competently deliver quality nursing care to patients
  • Exhibit excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients
