As a Logistics Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in managing the flow of goods within our facilities. In this role, you will be expected to comply with all safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a secure working environment. A background in warehouse operations, along with cross-training in different warehouse functions, is generally required. Additionally, forklift certification and a demonstrated record of accuracy in previous warehouse roles are essential.

This position is deemed compliance critical, which means you will have specific responsibilities to maintain adherence to all corporate, divisional, and regulatory standards.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage a variety of tasks including receiving, picking, staging customer orders, processing returns, and overseeing inventory management.
  • Verify incoming merchandise against shipping records, inspect for discrepancies, and report any visible defects.
  • Organize stock on shelves, ensuring that all materials are correctly placed in their designated locations.
  • Utilize radiofrequency (RF) devices to assist in inventory tasks such as picking and packing.
  • Assemble customer orders by selecting items from shelves and preparing them for shipment, ensuring accuracy in quantities and specifications.

Additionally, you will:

  • Input orders, returns, and related information into the computer system.
  • Inspect returned merchandise and restock items appropriately.
  • Conduct daily inventory counts and investigate any discrepancies.
  • Assist with inventory management procedures as needed.
  • Perform tasks related to controlled substances in designated environments, if required.
