We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Lead to join our team at RJW Logistics. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, ensuring accurate and timely shipment and receiving of materials, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warehouse Operations: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring all shipments are correctly staged, checked, and loaded properly.
  • Material Handling: Operate forklifts and walkies safely and efficiently, following all safety policies and procedures.
  • Inventory Control: Properly receive, unload, move, and tag incoming parts and equipment, and pull and stage parts for production.
  • Customer Service: Verify orders are complete and accurate, and pick customer orders in the most effective manner possible to minimize shipping costs and ensure product safety.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-4 years in a warehouse environment, with experience operating material handling equipment and using RF scanners.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED, with warehouse certifications a plus.
  • Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
