Job Summary:

As a Speech-Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to work with students in a school-based setting, providing assessment, evaluation, and treatment services to support their communication needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs and develop individualized treatment plans to address speech and language disorders.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings, using evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Monitor progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed to ensure students meet their communication goals.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid California license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Previous experience working in a school-based setting is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
