Family Medicine Physician Assistant

About the RoleThis position involves providing high-quality patient care services, including health evaluations, preventive care, and education and counseling. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family medicine and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for performing comprehensive physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing and implementing effective management plans. They will also be expected to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and analyze patient data to inform diagnosis and treatment plans.
- Develop and implement evidence-based management plans to improve patient outcomes.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests to inform patient care decisions.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families to promote healthy behaviors and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records to ensure continuity of care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Minimum one year of experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
- Graduate of an accredited RN and NP Program or PA program.
- Nurse Practitioner Furnishing Number (California) and National Certificate.
- Physician Assistant License (California) and National Certificate.
- Basic Life Support and National Provider Identifier.

Estimated Salary: $115,000 - $140,000 per year.
