Family Medicine Physician

Unicare Community Health Center, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Hesperia, CA. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will provide comprehensive medical services to members of the community, regardless of age or sex within the scope of your training.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to the mission of Unicare Community Health Center, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care and promoting health education. You will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive medical services to patients, including preventative care, immunizations, primary care, and treatment.
- Conduct physical examinations, order and interpret lab tests, and diagnose conditions.
- Prescribe medications and treatments, and provide health education to patients.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Medical Degree (MD, DO)
- A minimum of 3 years of Family Practice Residency training
- A minimum of two (2) years' experience in public health;
- Thorough knowledge of principles and practices of modem medicine related to public health services and general knowledge of state and federal laws pertaining to public health;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong organizational, detail and interpersonal skills;
- Basic computer skills and knowledge, including Microsoft Office and familiar with Electronic Health Records (EHR);
