- 2+ years of experience in traffic control or a related field, with a strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Physical stamina to work in a variety of weather conditions and perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
This is a full-time position that requires regular attendance and flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends. The successful candidate will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and work in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to noise, dust, and other hazards.
