Job Summary

The Overnight Custodian will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas of the facility to ensure a positive member experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker room areas, fitness equipment, and gym floor.
  • Stock locker rooms with proper supplies and paper products.
  • Report any broken or missing amenities or equipment to the Club Manager.
  • Follow the Lost and Found Policy and turn in lost member property to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager immediately.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Pursuant to this franchise's Covid-19 protocols, individuals must be fully vaccinated and boosted upon commencing employment. If individuals are not eligible to be boosted at commencement of employment, they are required to get boosted when eligible to retain employment.
  • Custodial experience is preferred.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Ability to work third shift is mandatory.
  • Honesty and exceptional work ethic are required.
  • Ability to solve problems independently.
  • Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
Physical Demands
  • Continual standing and walking during shift.
  • Continual reaching with hands, fingers, and arms during shift.
  • Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching during shift.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift over 80 pounds.
  • Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals.
