The Overnight Custodian plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the facility, ensuring a welcoming environment for all members.
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive cleaning and sanitization of restrooms, locker rooms, fitness equipment, and gym floors.
- Ensure locker rooms are stocked with necessary supplies and paper products.
- Notify the Club Manager of any damaged or missing amenities or equipment, including toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, and gym apparatus.
- Adhere to the Lost and Found Policy by promptly reporting lost member property to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager.
- In accordance with the franchise's Covid-19 protocols, candidates must be fully vaccinated and boosted before starting employment. If not eligible for a booster at the start, they must receive it when eligible to maintain employment.
- Previous custodial experience is preferred.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to work during the third shift is required.
- Demonstrated honesty and a strong work ethic.
- Capable of independently resolving issues.
- Exhibit professionalism in all interactions, using appropriate behavior and language.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift.
- Regular reaching with hands, fingers, and arms.
- Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching.
- Ability to lift items weighing over 80 pounds occasionally.
- Exposure to potentially hazardous chemicals on occasion.
