As a Life Enrichment Coordinator, your role will be pivotal in orchestrating, organizing, and implementing enriching activities tailored to the diverse needs and interests of our residents, promoting their overall physical, mental, and social wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Director of Life Enrichment to design, schedule, and oversee resident activities, including special events, in alignment with our Life Enrichment programs.
  • Foster a vibrant community atmosphere for both residents and staff.
  • Offer educational sessions for residents and team members focusing on disease prevention and management, embodying the holistic principles of our Wellness Program.
  • Facilitate daily activities that adhere to our community standards.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of monthly activity calendars in accordance with community guidelines.
  • Develop and implement a variety of engaging programs that cater to a wide range of resident needs, from active retirees to those requiring assistance and those experiencing memory challenges.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Associate's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of six months of experience in activities or life enrichment with seniors is preferred.
  • Availability to work every other weekend is required.

Compensation: Starting at $17.00/hour
