Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.\

  • Monitor and control labor costs, ensuring efficient use of resources.\

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.\
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.\
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving results.\
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.\
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.\
  • Familiarity with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and other restaurant technology.\
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.\
