Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of success in improving operational efficiency and increasing revenue.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and labor control.
