Job Title: Auto Parts Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Auto Parts Sales Associate to join our team at LKQ Corporation. As an Auto Parts Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers and responding to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the showroom and stockroom.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Process customer transactions, including ringing up sales and handling returns and exchanges.
  • Assist with special orders and transfers, and follow up with customers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Participate in sales promotions and events, and assist with marketing initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong customer service background and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
  • Prior automotive experience and knowledge of automotive parts is preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
