Job Title: General Manager

Castle Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational, administrative, financial, human resources, maintenance, and security functions of our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage direct employees and outside vendors to ensure high standards of service and quality.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive systems for protection of community assets and records.
  • Inspect community facilities to identify maintenance and security needs.
  • Investigate and document complaints about employee and vendor conduct.
  • Prepare and present reports to the Board of Directors, including financial reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Communicate with residents, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Assist in preparing the Annual Budget and coordinating Board Meetings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by direct supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Three to five years of community association management experience and a thorough understanding of Florida HOA laws and regulations.
  • Outstanding customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced command of computer hardware and software, including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Multiple language fluency desirable.
Working Conditions:

The majority of work will be completed indoors in a temperature-controlled environment with little to moderate noise levels. Depending on the community, you may regularly be required to walk/work outdoors to perform inspections, regular tours, or attend to other property needs.
