**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly experienced Manufacturing Site Leader to lead the commissioning, start-up, and manufacturing operations of a new Clean Ammonia Site in Beaumont, TX.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the plant meets strategic goals and objectives, as well as quality, safety, and environmental standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, with experience in managing budgets, resources, and staff. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading improvement journeys in manufacturing environments, with a focus on process safety.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Commissioning, start-up, and manufacturing operations of the Clean Ammonia facility
  • Compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and environmental protection
  • Development and implementation of the Site's vision, mission, and strategy in alignment with the global organization's goals and values
  • Development and implementation of manufacturing improvement initiatives to continuously improve performance
  • Manage the Site's budget, resources, and assets, and optimize the utilization of equipment, materials, and labor
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the Site's staff, and foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or equivalent
  • 10+ years of relevant experience. Commissioning and start-up experience of green and/or brownfield developments are an advantage
  • Strong focus on delivery with a can-do positive attitude
  • Engaging and empowering leader with strong ability to motivate the team and Site workforce

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience.
