We are seeking a skilled Cannabis Cultivation Professional to join our team at one of our facilities in the United States.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a passion for plant care and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Cannabis Cultivation Professional, you will be responsible for providing on-site cultivation for one or more medical cannabis gardens.

You will monitor and maintain plant production and health, ensuring high-quality products while maintaining organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of production areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plant Care: Ensure plant health by pruning, topping, trimming, and other tasks as required.
  • Maintain a clean and safe cultivation facility, including proper disposal of waste.
  • Document plant tracking numbers, lot numbers, and other applicable information accurately.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in general production, preferably in a regulated field producing for human consumption.
  • Effective time-management skills and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to stand, sit, kneel, and lift equipment or plants up to 50 lbs. for extended periods.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
