Job Description

The Cultivation Manager will oversee cultivation operations, reporting directly to the Director of Cultivation. This role requires a strong leader with an acute business sense to manage site projects, coordinate functional groups, and serve as a connection between the site and corporate resources.

This position demands the ability to understand multiple interests, keep stakeholders informed, and drive decisions. The ideal candidate will have experience managing hourly workforces, using excel formulas, and knowledge of crop management, plant diseases, and health.

Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per year

This salary range is based on the title, job description, and location, ensuring competitive compensation for the successful candidate.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • ">
  • Bachelor's Degree in Botany, Plant Science, Horticulture, or related field preferred.">
  • 3+ years commercial agriculture and/or manufacturing experience, with cannabis cultivation experience strongly preferred.">
  • Strong leadership skills, positive attitude, and vision for the future.">
  • Experience with various grow mediums and irrigation methods.">
  • Knowledge of plant diseases, pests, and health.">
  • Advanced experience with Excel formulas, functions, and pivot tables.">
