The Family Advocate will utilize a Strength-Needs-based methodology to actively involve clients in identifying their needs, crafting tailored case plans, and executing strategies to achieve positive outcomes.

Our recent accreditation by the Council on Accreditation (COA) underscores our adherence to national standards of excellence in behavioral healthcare.

Compensation: Starting at $20 per hour.

Preferred Work Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field. Equivalent qualifications may include CADC I, QMHA certification with three years of experience, or an Associate's Degree with three years of experience.
  • Current qualification or ability to qualify as a QMHA with MHACBO.
  • Proficiency in engaging with families through a strength-based approach.
  • Experience with electronic health record systems and related technologies.
  • Successful completion of a background check.
  • Pre-employment drug screening, including testing for Cannabis/THC.
