- Collect samples and monitor wound care, ensuring the highest level of patient safety and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
- Current and unencumbered Oklahoma Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) License.
- Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification.
- One (1) or more years of experience in a skilled nursing or Long-term Care environment preferred.
