Dietary Director

Peaceful Pines Senior Living - Fort Pierre is seeking an experienced dietary professional to lead our team as the Director of Dining Services.

The Director of Dining Services will be responsible for designing, developing, and training kitchen staff to prepare nutritious, home-cooked meals. They will work closely with our dietician to approve and execute all menus.

This individual must have strong leadership skills to lead team members in establishing a strong working knowledge of food preparation, serving, and kitchen standards.

The Director of Dining Services will report directly to the community's Executive Director and will be responsible for ensuring that all meals meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Strong knowledge of cooking and baking skills
• Ability to order and organize food supplies for the scheduled menu
• Effective communication skills to work with residents, families, employees, and vendors
• Preference given to candidates who are ServSafe certified and have experience cooking for senior living communities
