Dietary Director

Peaceful Pines Senior Living in Fort Pierre, SD is a senior living community that provides independent living, assisted living, and memory care services for area seniors.

We are seeking an experienced dietary professional to lead our team as the Director of Dining Services.

The Role:

The Director of Dining Services will design, develop, and train kitchen staff to prepare nutritious, home-cooked meals. They will work with the dietician to approve and execute all menus.

This individual must have strong leadership skills to lead team members to establish a strong working knowledge of food preparation, serving, and kitchen standards.

Qualifications:

Candidates must have a strong knowledge of cooking and baking skills and the ability to order and organize food supplies for the scheduled menu.

Must have the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, employees, and vendors. Preference will be given to candidates who are ServSafe certified and have experience cooking for senior living communities. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
