Position Summary

Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks related to corporate aircraft, cargo, and passenger charters, as well as general aviation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to all clients.
  • Coordinate hotel and catering arrangements for incoming and outgoing flights.
  • Handle customer transactions, including purchases and fuel orders.
  • Collaborate closely with line service teams and pilots to fulfill customer service requirements.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Experience in customer service or hospitality.
  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Basic math skills for transaction processing.
