About the Role
The Certified Nursing Assistant at Butterfield Trail Village is responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents. This includes assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, as well as providing companionship and emotional support. You will also be responsible for monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have a valid CNA License, which demonstrates your foundational knowledge and ability to provide quality care. Strong communication skills are essential, enabling you to effectively interact with residents, families, and nursing staff. Patience and empathy are equally important, as they foster trust and create a comforting environment for residents in need of assistance.

Salary and Benefits

Job Details
