Percussion Instructor

Position Overview

Ensemble Performing Arts is in search of a dynamic, skilled, and dedicated
percussion instructor to provide part-time lessons.

A secondary proficiency in piano or guitar is advantageous. We are seeking educators who can offer in-person instruction

Instructors have the flexibility to establish their schedules within our operational hours, but both students and administrative staff value consistency, so preference will be given to candidates with more availability.

Ideal candidates will possess a solid musical foundation, demonstrated by a degree in percussion performance, teaching methodology, or equivalent performance experience. A passion for teaching, experience with young musicians, a strong commitment to punctuality, reliable transportation, and the ability to successfully complete a standard background check are essential.

Compensation for instructors is based on experience, ranging from $35 to $40 per hour. A 401(K) plan with employer matching is available to all employees after a specified period of employment.
